The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 212 incidents from Aug. 26 through Sept. 1, including three search and rescues, two fights in progress, three fires, nine animal problems, a probation violation, 10 traffic complaints, eight suspicious persons/circumstances, five welfare checks, 29 citizen assists, 35 urinalyses and 29 vehicle identification number inspections.

Aug. 26

At 1:19 a.m., a REDDI report was made for a silver pickup swerving all over the road. 

At 2:47 a.m., a 911 call was out of range. 

At 6:41 a.m., a lost male golden retriever wearing a collar without tags was found. 

At 7:41 a.m., people were camping at the park. 

At 7:56 a.m., lost property was reported. 

At 8:38 a.m., someone picked up a black lab mixed with pitbull.

At 8:42 a.m., a woman with a no contact order in place kept getting calls. 

At 9:20 a.m., a woman who sold a 2001 Chevy dually truck still had the title and was trying to locate the person who bought it. 

At 9:22 a.m., the driver of a tan 4Runner had a flat tire and didn’t know how to change it. 

At 10:18 a.m., deputies assisted with a funeral escort. 

At 10:44 a.m., a beige Cadillac Escalade nearly caused a head-on crash going through town when it turned right at the tire store. 

At 11:37 a.m., a caller wondered about what to do with dogs that were turned in over the weekend. 

At 1:06 p.m., a civil standby was requested. 

At 1:21 p.m., a juvenile was involved in a request for a citizen’s assist. 

At 1:49 p.m., found property was reported. 

At 4:16 p.m., three friendly dogs without collars were caught. 

At 5:03 p.m., a white truck with local plates passed unsafely. 

At 5:35 p.m., found property was reported. 

At 7:31 p.m., a welfare check was requested. 

At 9:09 p.m., a person was having heart problems. 

At 9:33 p.m., a renter at an Airbnb accidentally called 911. 

Aug. 27

At 12:35 a.m., an alarm was unfounded. 

At 8:07 a.m., a person was having a seizure. 

At 8:14 a.m., a caller picked up a loose dog. 

At 8:59 a.m., a traffic hazard was reported. 

At 10:13 a.m., a person reported their phone and dog missing.

At 11:06 a.m., neighbor’s dogs were running into the road. 

At 12:10 p.m., a landlord wondered how long his tenants could leave their dogs in the house. 

At 2:21 p.m., a woman noticed a cop at her house with papers in his hand and wanted more information. 

At 3:01 p.m., a traffic offense was reported. 

At 3:06 p.m., a REDDI report was received for the driver of a green Jeep traveling southbound on Pine Street. 

At 3:24 p.m., a caller wanting to purchase a vehicle without a title in Rock Springs wanted a deputy to run the plate to make sure it wasn’t stolen. 

At 4:30 p.m., a wellhead was steaming. 

At 5:40 p.m., a man in a brown GMC with local plates was cited for careless driving. 

At 6:07 p.m., the driver of a dark blue SUV had a flat tire and wanted someone to call them a tow truck. 

At 6:57 p.m., a person was bleeding. 

Aug. 28

At 3:05 a.m., a drunken neighbor was sitting outside naked and pounding on the ceiling of the apartment. 

At 4:52 a.m., a caller had a bat in her house and didn’t know how to get it out or what else to do.

At 6:07 a.m., a person with breathing issues felt hot. 

At 7:53 a.m., a protection order was violated. 

At 9:52 a.m., a landlord had tenant issues that they wanted to discuss with a deputy. 

At 12:17 p.m., a caller wanted a deputy to come by to speak about a juvenile problem. 

At 3:05 p.m., a fender bender was reported. 

At 4:07 p.m., a portable breath test was requested. 

At 4:09 p.m., a welfare check was requested. 

At 5:16 p.m., a white Jaguar parked in front of someone’s house all day was not illegally parked. 

At 7:07 p.m., a REDDI report was received for a silver Ford Ranger with a red camper shell traveling near the Boulder Post Office. 

At 7:11 p.m., a broken-down semi was blocking the northbound travel lane. 

At 7:22 p.m., a family dispute was reported. 

At 7:54 p.m., a dehydrated man was transported by helicopter to the clinic. 

At 8 p.m., a theft was reported. 

At 9:50 p.m., an out-of-state visitor accidentally called 911. 

Aug. 29

At 12:12 a.m., an alarm was unfounded. 

At 1:24 a.m., SCUF responded to a report of a structure fire. 

At 9:01 a.m., a probation violation was reported. 

At 9:44 a.m., a neighbor’s dog bit a caller’s daughter.

At 9:46 a.m., a caller reported fraud. 

At 10:19 a.m., a caller wanted to speak to a deputy. 

At 10:50 a.m., a scam was reported. 

At 11:06 a.m., the town of Pinedale requested assistance with flooding at Boyd Skinner Park. 

At 11:34 a.m., Skyline Academy assisted with picking up garbage around Daniel. 

At 12:31 p.m., the SCSO assisted Lincoln County with traffic control. 

At 12:52 p.m., a semi pulling a car trailer was all over the road. 

At 12:58 p.m., a person had questions about obtaining a restraining order. 

At 1:22 p.m., a new fire at Charter Basin on the north side of Fremont Lake was reported. 

At 2:07 p.m., a caller wanted information on whether someone was released because his things were in trash bags in her storage room. 

At 2:34 p.m., a boat fire was reported. It was a false alarm. 

At 2:35 p.m., two dogs were running at large. 

At 3:21 p.m., a caller had questions about animal-related ordinances. 

At 5 p.m., lost property was reported. 

At 6:32 p.m., an abandoned vehicle was reported. 

At 6:44 p.m., a fender bender was reported. 

At 6:45 p.m., a truck was traveling at excessive speeds. 

At 8:01 p.m., a person reported the onset of a head cold. 

Aug. 30

At 12:22 a.m., a person was weak and dizzy. 

At 7:26 a.m., a cow was out. 

At 8:05 a.m., people were camping in the park. 

At 9:01 a.m., a deputy assisted with a Sheriff’s Bill of Sale. 

At 9:26 a.m., two dogs broke into someone’s yard and killed all their chickens. 

At 10:22 a.m., neighbors were fighting over shared garbage. 

At 10:53 a.m., a person fell, hit their head and was badly bleeding. 

At 2:09 p.m., a stalled cattle truck needed assistance. 

At 2:38 p.m., a controlled substance problem was reported. 

At 3:13 p.m., a traffic complaint was made. 

At 3:23 p.m., a person needed a letter for a lawyer from the SCSO.

At 3:51 p.m., a portable breath test was provided. 

At 4:05 p.m., a theft was reported. 

At 4:10 p.m., a person discovered a dent in their car.

At 5:24 p.m., a person reported being harassed and threatened. 

At 9:23 p.m., a person fell. 

At 11:12 p.m., a property watch was initiated. 

Aug. 31

At 4:34 a.m., a welfare check was requested. 

At 7:24 a.m., a black Subaru struck a deer. 

At 7:53 a.m., a Papa John’s truck was all over the road. 

At 9:20 a.m., a person had permission to stay in a camper. 

At 9:47 a.m., fraud was reported. 

At 10:12 a.m., found property was reported. 

At 1:16 p.m., a civil standby was requested. 

At 1:31 p.m., a 911 open line came through. 

At 2:13 p.m., two vehicles were stalled out on the road. 

At 2:34 p.m., four horses were out. A deputy put the horses back in their pasture.

At 2:53 p.m., a plume of white smoke was reported. The U.S. Forest Service was already aware. 

At 4:35 p.m., Search and Rescue assisted Fremont County with rescuing a sick hiker. 

At 4:37 p.m., a passing SUV almost caused a head-on collision. 

At 5:27 p.m., a civil standby was requested. 

At 6:49 p.m., a fight in progress was reported. 

At 7:53 p.m., a woman called because a store would not sell her a tobacco product to her without a valid form of photo ID.

At 8:18 p.m., a welfare check was requested. 

At 8:45 p.m., a domestic was reported. 

At 9:23 p.m., 30 black cows were out. 

Sept. 1

At 12:46 a.m., a person had a headache and a high fever. 

At 8:52 a.m., a friend hiking needed help getting his llama out because it had rolled its ankle. 

At 10:30 a.m., a minor was in possession of alcohol. 

At 10:37 a.m., a caller had information about an assault at the Spur Bar. 

At 10:52 a.m., voices could be heard on a 911 open line. 

At 11:19 a.m., lost property was reported. 

At 11:24 a.m., Park County assisted Search and Rescue assistance responding to a plane crash with one fatality and one survivor southwest of Meeteetse. 

At 12:24 p.m., lost property was reported. 

At 12:34 p.m., a big plume of smoke from an existing fire was reported. 

At 12:48 p.m., a calf was running across the road. 

At 1:23 p.m., a welfare check was requested. 

At 1:52 p.m., an out-of-state visitor had five dogs off-leash near the boat ramp. 

At 1:52 p.m., a fight was in progress. 

At 2:06 p.m., a fender bender was reported. 

At 2:09 p.m., kids on dirt bikes were speeding. 

At 3:47 p.m., smoke was reported coming from the Twin Eagle Area. 

At 3:59 p.m., a vehicle was in the ditch. 

At 4:13 p.m., a person had a compound fracture. 

At 4:39 p.m., a property watch was initiated. 

At 6:36 p.m., a white van was parked on the side of the road. 

At 7:09 p.m., a black Chevy was speeding through a neighborhood. 

At 8:32 p.m., a truck was traveling without its headlights on.
