The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 209 incidents from Sept. 9 through Sept. 15, including a runaway juvenile, one search and rescue, a wildfire, 12 livestock problems, three thefts, four traffic complaints, eight suspicious persons/circumstances, five welfare checks, 19 citizen assists, 31 urinalyses and 28 vehicle identification number inspections.

Sept. 9

At 1:42 a.m., a person fell at the Sublette Center.

At 7:14 a.m., a dark brown pickup truck rolled the night before and took out a fence.

At 7:44 a.m., found property was reported.

At 8:53 a.m., the Town of Marbleton requested a deputy stop by the town hall to talk to the drivers of two parked vehicles.

At 9:21 a.m., a crash involving a truck and horse trailer was reported.

At 9:31 a.m., a neighbor’s two dogs were barking.

At 10:23 a.m., a family disturbance was reported.

At 1:34 p.m., a person dropped off mail for a former resident.

At 2:04 p.m., a crash was reported.

At 2:30 p.m., a tip about a suspicious person was unfounded.

At 3:18 p.m., Teton Interagency Dispatch requested a local files check.

At 4:18 p.m., a portable breath test was requested.

At 5:07 p.m., a call about children left unattended was unfounded. Their mother was outside.

At 5:49 p.m., a caller whose son “has a case against him” had questions.

 

Sept. 10

At 1:09 a.m., a person fell and hurt his back.

At 5:54 a.m., a vehicle struck an elk.

At 6:40 a.m., a person thought they were being followed.

At 8:35 a.m., a person with a fever couldn’t move and was vomiting.

At 9:30 a.m., a man who had drinks at the brewpub left his truck there and reported it stolen the next morning. It had been picked up by his brother.

At 10:09 a.m., a flatbed truck carrying fence posts was passing unsafely in a no-pass zone and into oncoming traffic.

At 10:25 a.m., a woman who let her ex-husband keep a gun in the divorce was concerned about what he might do with the gun registered in her name.

At 11:25 a.m., a driver swerved to miss hitting a deer and the vehicle went off the road.

At 11:26 a.m., a found debit card was turned in. The owner had already canceled the card.

At 11:37 a.m., a fender bender at the Skate Park involved a county vehicle.

At 12:12 p.m., a civil standby was requested.

At 12:19 p.m., two dogs were found.

At 12:51 p.m., a man wanted to speak to a deputy about “fence out” laws in Wyoming.

At 1:08 p.m., a person was having a stroke.

At 1:48 p.m., a call about loaned money was a civil issue.

At 2:01 p.m., a small fire was reported.

At 2:51 p.m., the Wyoming Highway Patrol requested agency assistance.

At 3:03 p.m., a woman called about picking up two dogs from a property where the tenants had been evicted.

At 3:21 p.m., a woman wanted to get her phone back from evidence.

At 4:16 p.m., a woman requested an ambulance.

At 4:53 p.m., the Pepsi driver got his hand caught while refilling the machine.

At 5:09 p.m., a traffic offense led to a warrant arrest.

At 6:01 p.m., a welfare check was requested.

At 7:08 p.m., a mom whose child was arrested on a warrant wanted to know where her vehicle was located.

At 8:11 p.m., a person had photos and videos of an elk killed and beheaded in the backcountry.

At 8:36 p.m., a tractor-trailer combo needed assistance.

At 10 p.m., a hit and run was reported.

At 10:27 p.m., a mini Cooper without rear lights was speeding.

 

Sept. 11

At 8:12 a.m., cows were near the fence line.

At 9:30 a.m., the middle school requested a deputy take a report of child abuse or neglect.

At 10:03 a.m., three cows were out.

At 12:04 p.m., an abandoned vehicle was reported.

At 1:28 p.m., property damage was reported.

At 1:38 p.m., a welding truck was broken down.

At 3:40 p.m., a fraud was reported.

At 3:48 p.m., a person fell down the steps.

At 3:49 p.m., Big Piney High School reported a student in the office with a vape.

At 3:51 p.m., a traffic collision was reported.

At 4:10 p.m., a portable breath test was requested.

At 4:34 p.m., a runaway juvenile was reported. The sheriff located the missing child and took them home.

At 5 p.m., a patient was flown out.

At 5:18 p.m., a driver found a dog.

At 5:50 p.m., a caller reported a homeless man walking.

At 5:51 p.m., a threat was reported.

At 6:25 p.m., the father of a person taken to the clinic drove up after drinking and was arrested for DUI.

At 6:26 p.m., a fraud was reported.

At 6:28 p.m., a car crashed into a deer.

At 6:35 p.m., a person who passed out early felt shaky.

At 9:27 p.m., someone found a dog.

At 10:52 p.m., a house was hit by lightning. The siding was melted but there was no fire.

At 10:59 p.m., a burglar alarm was canceled.

 

Sept. 12

At 6:51 a.m., a fire was reported.

At 8:34 a.m., a new tenant found a bullet in the recline and wanted to turn it in.

At 9:30 a.m., the Wyoming Game and Fish Department reported a theft.

At 9:32 a.m., a person in the lobby wanted to report a scam.

At 10:04 a.m., lost property was reported.

At 10:06 a.m., threatening messages were reported.

At 10:45 a.m., an activated fire alarm was unfounded.

At 10:52 a.m., a prisoner was transported.

At 10:59 a.m., an information report was taken.

At 11:04 a.m., a theft was reported.

At 11:22 a.m., a person’s credit card information was stolen.

At 11:40 a.m., an ex-husband refused to sign a paper gifting him a firearm.

At 11:56 a.m., a breathing problem was reported.

At 12:43 p.m., a person was arrested for DUI.

At 12:44 p.m., a motorist needed assistance after his truck broke down.

At 12:48 p.m., a blood draw was requested.

At 2:36 p.m., a scam was reported.

At 3:02 p.m., a person’s Apple Watch called 911.

At 4:09 p.m., two cows were out.

At 5:19 p.m., a livestock inspection was requested.

At 6:09 p.m., a 911 call was a hangup.

At 7:03 p.m., a mother and daughter were having issues.

At 7:28 p.m., the driver of a truck wanted to know where he could park it overnight.

At 8:48 p.m., a person was arrested for simple assault.

 

Sept. 13

At 4:51 a.m., a hitchhiker headed east didn’t need any assistance.

At 5:16 a.m., a haybale in the road was a traffic hazard.

At 9:32 a.m., a small fire was reported.

At 9:38 a.m., a white Jeep with local plates had been driving erratically all week.

At 9:50 a.m., an abandoned vehicle was reported.

At 10:17 a.m., ranchers were moving 60-65 head of cattle across HWY 191.

At 10:37 a.m., a person at a police station in Missouri wanted to speak to a deputy.

At 10:38 a.m., a welfare check was requested.

At 11:17 a.m., a person who turned in lost property requested an update.

At 11:27 a.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported in Bondurant.

At 1:48 p.m., several cows were out.

At 2:49 p.m., a theft was reported.

At 3:04 p.m., a red Chevy was missing its back tire.

At 3:37 p.m., a brown Chevy was speeding.

At 3:45 p.m., a portable breath test was requested.

At 5:29 p.m., seven cows were out.

At 6:31 p.m., four-wheelers were driving up and down the street.

At 7:07 p.m., a person who wasn’t feeling well passed out.

At 7:11 p.m., a homeless person was reported.

At 7:26 p.m., found property was reported.

At 8:45 p.m., a traffic hazard was reported.

At 8:46 p.m., a semi rolled over near milepost 74 on HWY 191.

 

Sept. 14

At 4:46 a.m., a patient needed assistance with a neck brace.

At 7:08 a.m., a person was having a seizure.

At 9:16 a.m., five cows were in the parking lot by the CCC Ponds.

At 10:28 a.m., a threat was reported.

At 1:08 p.m., two horses were on the side of the road.

At 1:25 p.m., a patient on oxygen needed assistance.

At 2:01 p.m., a welfare check was requested for a son who went on a hike earlier in the morning. Three deputies drove around the county until they located the adult son who said he was going to contact his father.

At 4:51 p.m., a person passed out and wasn’t responding.

At 6:50 p.m., a 911 open line came through.

At 9:18 p.m., a welfare check was requested.

 

Sept. 15

At 6:16 a.m., a 911 call was a hangup.

At 7:58 a.m., a calf was on the highway.

At 8:23 a.m., an abandoned vehicle was reported.

At 9:40 a.m., a welfare check was requested for a homeless person walking on the road.

At 9:53 a.m., a person was thrown off a horse.

At 11:29 a.m., a traffic offense led to a DWUS arrest.

At 1:32 p.m., a medical emergency was transferred to Lincoln County.

At 1:59 p.m., a person felt clammy.

At 3:21 p.m., an information report was taken.

At 3:33 p.m., three cows were on the highway.

At 3:36 p.m., search and rescue assisted with a missing hiker in Fremont County.

At 3:48 p.m., a family fight was reported.

At 5:54 p.m., the Wyoming Highway Patrol requested agency assistance.

At 6:45 p.m., a caller wanted to speak to a deputy.

At 6:56 p.m., a blood draw was requested at the county jail.

At 6:58 p.m., a person was having a seizure.
