John L. Phillips, Pinedale: Second DUI alcohol within 10 years, 180 days in jail with 141 suspended, three years of supervised probation, fees and fines $1,120.

John Whetstone, Pinedale: Property destruction valued at $1,000 or more, bound over to Sublette County District Court.

Roberta Barron, Big Piney: Failure to back safely and without interfering with traffic, fees and fines $90.

Katherine Belka, Boulder: Duty upon colliding with unattended vehicle or property, first offense, fees and fines $250, restitution $2,132.10.

Charles Nichelson, Pinedale: Selling or delivering nicotine to a person under 21, first offense, fees and fines $320.

David T. Vlcek, Pinedale: Overtaking on the right, driving off roadway, fees and fines $100.
