The Town of Pinedale will receive sealed bids until 2 p.m. local time on August 2, 2023, at the office of the Town Clerk, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941 for MATERIALS, LABOR, SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION & COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF A 20,000 GALLON JET A TANK INSTALLATION. Bids may be delivered to the above address or mailed to Town of Pinedale, P.O. Box 709, Pinedale, WY 82941. The Town of Pinedale takes no responsibility for delivery of bids through mail. Faxed bids will not be accepted. The bidding documents will be made available on July 7, 2023. Interested bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the T-O Engineers Online Planroom at www.to-engineersplanroom.com. Bidding Documents may be ordered in hard copy format for purchase at cost (nonrefundable). Electronic Bidding Documents in PDF format may be downloaded for no cost. To be placed on the plan holders list, bidders must register at www.to-engineersplanroom.com. The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive all informalities and may accept any proposal which in its opinion best serves its interests. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount, which shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. Wyoming State Statutes provide for a 5% preference to Wyoming contractors. Wyoming contractors must submit proof of statute compliance with the bid. There will be a virtual pre-bid conference held at 10 a.m. local time on July 19, 2023. Bidders are not required to attend and participate in the conference, but attendance is strongly encouraged.
