9. A physical examination on the minor child has been conducted and the Report of Medical Examination (Exhibit A) is attached to this Petition.
10. That the Minor Child who is the subiect of this Petition has been raised by the Petitioners;

That the Petitioners herein are fit and proper persons to be allowed the joint custody and control of said Minor Child and are able and anxious to continue to care, maintain, support, and educate said Minor Child and treat him in all respects as if he were the lawful and natural child ofboth Petitioners;
12. That Petitioners and said Minor Child are desirous that said Minor Child assume the surname of Barkley; and

That Petitioners and said Minor Child are willing and desirous that Mathew Barkley and Sharolyn Barkley maintain a parental role with said minor child and assume the relationship of being his parents with all rights and subject to all responsibilities of that relationship and that Petitioners hereby agree to the foregoing promises and all of the legal consequences of the same.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioners pray that this Court will find that the above named child, , be adopted by Petitioners, Mathew Barkley and Sharolyn Barkley, and that said minor child be declared to be adopted by Petitioners and that these Petitioners shall be jointly adjudged on such adoption as having the status of legal and natural parents of said Minor Child, and that said Minor Child be regarded and treated in all respects as the child of both of these Petitioners, and that said Minor Child assume the surname of Barkley.

The Town of Marbleton is seeking sealed bids for the sale and removal of surplus equipment & property. All bids must be received by 12 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office, 10700 Hwy 189, Marbleton, WY 83113. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened to the bidder. Bid opening will be held at 1pm at the Marbleton Town Hall on Friday, January 9, 2026. Bids will be awarded at the Town Council meeting at 5pm on Monday, January 12, 2026.
Please contact the Town Hall at 307-276-3815 to obtain a bid sheet to be used for this sale. Bid sheets can also be emailed when requested.
Each submitted bid should be in a sealed envelope marked, Town of Marbleton, 2026 Sale of Surplus Property. If mailed, the bid submission should be in a similarly marked separate sealed envelope to protect against the bid being opened in error.
Items offered for sale, unless otherwise noted, may be viewed during business hours or upon request at the Marbleton Maintenance Shop at 601 Taylor Avenue in Marbleton.
**The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
**All bids will be evaluated separately. Collective bids will be rejected.
**All surplus property will be sold “as-is”. The Town of Marbleton makes no express or implied warranties on the items.
**The winning bidders will be notified and be required to submit full payment prior to removing any property. Bank checks, credit cards, and cash will be accepted. When payment has been received a Town official will authorize the release of the purchased property.
