The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids for a new subcompact SUV. As part of the bid, the Town of Pinedale shall include the trade-in of a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox as a bid alternate. Bids may be submitted in person or by certified mail, UPS, or FedEx. All bids must be received by the Office of the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope by 12 p.m. on April 25, 2025, at the Pinedale Town Hall, located at 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941, where they will be publicly opened. Quotations must be made for vehicles that are in stock or available for delivery no later than May 30, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Quotes must include the final cost, including purchase, licensing, delivery, and any other applicable fees.

Paper or digital bid documents will be available from Town Hall. The Town of Pinedale will not be responsible for full or partial sets of bid documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Town of Pinedale. CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE:  In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Jonah Energy LLC (CMP100053) to modify and operate the Cabrito 13-30 Central Facility (F013292) with the addition of production and equipment associated with one hundred twenty-three (123) new wells, with one reboiler overheads condenser, one TEG flash tank separator and one common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration unit, condensate tanks, active produced water tanks and pneumatic pumps, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 30, T29N, R107W, approximately sixteen (16) miles southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming.  Jonah Energy LLC has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period.  VOC emissions have decreased 27.9 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 7.0 TPY from the baseline period.  These reductions have been added to Jonah Energy LLC’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.

The Big Piney-Marbleton Airport Joint Powers Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed Sixty (60) days, and accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the Big Piney-Marbleton Airport Joint Powers Board.
