The Jonah Compressor Station is located in the SW1/4 of Section 34, T29N, R108W, approximately twenty-two (22) miles east-southeast of Big Piney, in Sublette County, Wyoming. A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted. Emission offset requirements, if applicable, have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx. Permitting actions to date have resulted in a decrease in actual VOC emissions of 178.0 tpy and a decrease in actual NOx emissions of 54.6 tpy. Therefore, WGR Operating, LP has met the offset requirements for VOCs and NOx.

The Town Council of the Town of Pinedale met in regular session on Monday, June 26, 2023, in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Matt Murdock at 5 p.m. Council members present: Tyler Swafford, Judi Boyce and Scott Kosiba. Those in attendance included: Deputy Greg Allen, representing the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office; Robert Galbreath, representing the Pinedale Roundup; Peg Weber; Jessup Wyman; Dave Harper; Ed Wood, Town Attorney; and Town employees, Abram Pearce and Chad Mitchell. Councilman Dean Loftus; Maureen Rudnick; and Brian Gray, representing Jorgensen Associates; attended the meeting virtually.

Motion by Councilman Kosiba to approve the Mayor’s reappointment of Ryan Wells to the Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission until June 30, 2026. Seconded by Councilman Swafford. Motion passed 5-0.
Motion by Councilwoman Boyce to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of Pinedale and Sublette County for access to the Mt. Airy tower site, BLM Lease Number WYW 143071. Seconded by Councilman Kosiba. Motion passed 5-0.
