1. Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a Public Comment Hearing in Docket No. 20000-633-ER-23, the filing of Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP) 2023 General Rate Increase Application and 20000-642-EM-23, the filing of RMP’s 2023 Energy Cost Adjustment Mechanism.
