The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 157 calls from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, including two vehicle fires, a grass fire, two deaths, seven citizen assists, 12 vehicle crashes, four suspicious incidents, a suicidal person, eight livestock problems, five juvenile incidents, three animal problems, 32 urinalyses and 21 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 157 calls from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, including two vehicle fires, a grass fire, two deaths, seven citizen assists, 12 vehicle crashes, four suspicious incidents, a suicidal person, eight livestock problems, five juvenile incidents, three animal problems, 32 urinalyses and 21 vehicle identification number inspections.

Nov. 27

At 6:35 a.m., a dead deer was reported on Highway 191.

At 6:36 a.m., a white SUV hit a buck and doe deer.

At 7:15 a.m., a call center asked for local wreckers’ numbers.

At 9:25 a.m., a male driver wrecked his vehicle near the Hoback Rim.

At 9:31 a.m., a deputy helped a person who fell.

At 9:37 a.m., an incident is under investigation.

At 1:03 p.m., a loose dog was running around a campus.

At 1:55 p.m., a man reported check fraud and asked to have someone trespassed from his property.

At 5:50 p.m., a driver hit a deer on Highway 189.

At 5:51 p.m., a blue Ford Bronco hit a deer.

At 6:31 p.m., a woman at a job interview said her brother was threatening to throw out her belongings.

At 11:08 p.m., a deputy helped with a patient.

Nov. 28

At 5:20 a.m., a driver hit and killed a deer.

At 8:01 a.m., a deputy checked on someone who passed away.

At 10:06 a.m., Big Piney staff didn’t respond to a School Safe call. The school resource officer was there; everything was okay.

At 10:17 a.m., a woman reported a missing black Angus with no brand or tags.

At 12:36 p.m., a deputy sorted out mistakenly delivered mail.

At 12:44 p.m., a black Jeep hit and injured a deer.

At 12:45 p.m., two little dogs were running loose.

At 1:33 p.m., a drug detective reported information.

At 3:21 p.m., a white flatbed truck pulling two large collection tanks was hogging the road and backing up traffic.

At 4:08 p.m., a person was unconscious.

At 4:55 p.m., a semi truck’s rear tires were burning.

At 5:09 p.m., a single black Angus calf had been by the road for several weeks.

At 5:18 p.m., a person had fallen numerous times in the past several days.

At 6:23 p.m., the third semi in a line of them was on fire at Sand Draw.

At 6:40 p.m., a person was having a stroke.

At 6:45 p.m., a red Ford truck with a light bar was blinding emergency vehicles responding to the fire at Sand Draw. The tow-truck driver didn’t realize the lights were on.

At 8:23 p.m., a rancher thought about seven cattle were loaded up and taken; they were hiding in the willows.

Nov. 29

At 3:32 a.m., a driver was cited for reckless driving after speeding past a parked deputy.

At 5:16 a.m., a person had problems breathing.

At 6:03 a.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on someone with a flat tire.

At 8:59 a.m., the Pinedale school resource officer investigated a juvenile problem.

At 9:55 a.m., a man asked for a personal phone number; the SCSO does not give them out.

At 10:11 a.m., a mule with a swinging broken leg was trying to walk.

At 1:08 p.m., a clinic employee reported a domestic dispute.

At 2:12 p.m., a deer fawn was lying in a ditch.

At 3:08 p.m., a neighbor’s shop just collapsed into the caller’s shop.

At 5:28 p.m., carbon monoxide alarms went off; SCUF responded.

At 6:55 p.m., an officer arrested a woman with a warrant.

At 7:10 p.m., the officer reported a juvenile problem.

At 7:55 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 8:35 p.m., a prisoner was transported.

At 10:52 p.m., a man reported an injured fawn in a ditch; he would stay til a deputy called.

Nov. 30

At 7:46 a.m., juveniles were throwing things.

At 9:07 a.m., a man asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 10:53 a.m., a woman asked if someone would check on a person’s welfare.

At 10:59 a.m., a man with antique guns asked if he had to register them.

At 11:12 a.m., a person at risk had a panic attack.

At 11:48 a.m., a person groaned and collapsed.

At 11:49 a.m., four high school-aged juveniles were caught shoplifting at Ridley’s.

At 12 p.m., the Pinedale school resource officer investigated a juvenile problem.

At 3:49 p.m., four black cows were about to cross Highway 189.

At 5:32 p.m., juveniles were racing again.

At 6:19 p.m., a person on oxygen had a hard time breathing.

At 8:37 p.m., a woman saw on her Ring camera that a deputy came by earlier.

Dec. 1

At 9:17 a.m., a woman reported possible Medicare fraud.

At 9:18 a.m., a man wondered if a black Chevy in Kendall Valley was related to an active Amber alert. It was not.

At 9:31 a.m., a man needed a report after hitting a deer with his work truck.

At 12:01 p.m., a person felt like passing out.

At 12:20 p.m., a caller reported a lot of smoke near Upper Hoback Road; it was controlled burn of slash piles.

At 1:23 p.m., a Suburban hit an opening car door in a parking lot.

At 4:35 p.m., a dark gray truck with a trailer and a dark Gray Jeep Rubicon were passing on double yellow lines. The call was transferred to Wyoming Highway Patrol.

At 4:47 p.m., a vehicle hit and injured a deer.

At 5:23 p.m., a teenager had taken some pills.

At 5:28 p.m., Sublette EMS responded to a call about an unresponsive male.

At 6:05 p.m., a Jeep Compass hit a moose near the Pinedale Industrial Site.

At 8:18 p.m., a person saw flames by a road; it was a controlled burn that hadn’t been reported to dispatch.

At 10:36 p.m., a WHP trooper asked for a deputy to help with a traffic stop.

Dec. 2

At 12:49 a.m., a crash alert went out when a juvenile driver went into a ditch.

At 2:30 a.m., an Idaho hospital called with information that is being investigated.

At 6:44 a.m., a suspicious red Subaru followed a driver into Marbleton.

At 9:52 a.m., a Ford F350 and a red Toyota Tundra collided.

At 5:34 p.m., a man parked at Ridley’s said a guy just punched out his window.

At 5:35 p.m., an officer escorted the Big Piney-Marbleton Christmas parade.

At 5:44 p.m., a deputy drove up to a vehicle-deer collision.

At 7:31 p.m., kids were spinning a four-door truck on someone’s property for the second night in a row.

Dec. 3

At 6:40 a.m., a Sublette Center employee was plowing sidewalks and knocked over a fire hydrant.

At 8:21 a.m., a single black cow was loose.

At 12:28 p.m., a suspicious 911 call was accidental.

At 2:01 p.m., a woman asked about plowing allowances in Hoback Ranches; it is a homeowners’ association issue.

At 2:13 p.m., a pitbull with a shock collar and small fluffy dog were loose near the Marbleton water tower.

At 2:21 p.m., a person reported a scam and said the bank account was emptied.

At 3:37 p.m., a person was having a stroke.

At 4:04 p.m., an officer started training.

At 4:15 p.m., a person was found unresponsive on the ground. The death is under investigation.

At 4:35 p.m., a woman’s call was about medical assistance.

At 6:20 p.m., 30 cattle were standing in a highway intersection.

At 6:24 p.m., a domestic dispute was reported.

At 7:34 p.m., a man driving a gray Cadillac was stuck in the snow near Sand Draw.

At 9:05 p.m., someone hit a 2008 Toyota Highlander and took off.

At 10:06 p.m., a commercial truck without lights was parked by the highway and could possibly get hit.
