The salary amount offered for this position is well below the budget line. No action is required currently.

Haley Ruland, Planning & Zoning Administrator, came with a proposition to apply for and explore Sublette Counties eligibility for the MRG Grant. Trying to be proactive and stay ahead of things. Let’s apply and see where this goes.

Notice #0606 published in the Pinedale Roundup on March 12, 2026

PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Questar Gas Company d/b/a Enbridge Gas Wyoming (Enbridge or the Company) for approval to implement a horizontal drilling pilot program, as more fully described below.

• Enbridge is a division of Enbridge, Inc., a Canadian corporation, engaged in the business of supplying energy services in several states, including Wyoming. Enbridge is a public utility subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction. Wyo. Stat. §§ 37-1-101(a)(vi)(D) and 37-2-112.

• On February 27, 2026, Enbridge filed its Application requesting an order approving the implementation of a pilot program which would conduct horizontal drilling operations on areas of existing Wexpro properties that have already been subjected to vertical drilling under the existing agreements.

• Drilling decisions under the pilot program would not be based on a commercial well test, but the hydrocarbon monitor would review proposed wells and issue written determination. No drilling activities would be permitted at a well if disapproved by the monitor.

• If approved, all revenues from the sale of oil or natural gas liquids produced would be credited to customers, with no portion received by Wexpro. Dry hole risk would be borne by the customers but offset by Wexpro receiving a Commission-allowed rate or return and by customers receiving one hundred percent of all revenues from oil and natural gas liquids produced from well programs and all program financial results being excluded from the cost savings calculation. This will provide an opportunity for customers to continue to benefit from cost-of-service gas for many years. The Commission could modify, discontinue or extend the program at any time.

• This is not a complete description of the Application. Any interested person may inspect the Application at the Commission’s offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming or at the Company’s business office in Rock Springs, Wyoming, during regular business hours or at https://dms.wyo.gov/external/publicusers.aspx (enter Record No. 18073).

• Anyone desiring to file a statement, intervention petition, protest or request for a hearing in this matter must file with the Commission in writing on or before March 31, 2026. A proposed intervention or request for hearing must set forth the grounds, the position and interest of the petitioner. Please mention Docket No. 30010-241-GA-26 in your communications.

• If you wish to participate in this matter, and you require reasonable accommodation for a disability, please contact the Commission at (307) 777-7427 or at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002. Communications impaired persons may also contact the Commission by accessing Wyoming Relay by dialing 711.
