SUBLETTE COUNTY – A Riverton woman charged with stabbing her husband during an argument at the Daniel Junction RV Park had the charge dismissed last week at the request of the Sublette County Attorney’s Office.
Brenda L. Marchant, 53, will not face the felony charge of aggravated assault in 9th District Court that resulted from an argument she allegedly had with her husband, stabbing him, according to court records.
The motion, filed by chief deputy attorney Clayton Melinkovich on Oct. 8 in 9th District Court, asked Judge Marv Tyler to dismiss the case, which he did in his Oct. 13 order.
