These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3.
Melissa L. Berger: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense; possession of a controlled substance; driving a vehicle in a single lane; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle.
Josephine M. Brown: Child present where meth or fentanyl is used or stored; possession of a liquid controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; use of a controlled substance.
Cristian Hidalgo: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; carless driving.
Mathew S. Wilson: Hunting elk without a special management stamp.
Marvin E. Sorensen: Taking wrong sex of animal.
These fines and sentences were imposed from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3.
Cody Allsop, Pinedale: Careless driving, first offense, fine $250.
Koy Walton, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $155.
Addison B. Cummings, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $120.
Bryon Cumutt, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $140.
Kaleb Miller, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $120.
Chadwick J. Haszier, Boulder: Influence witness, juror or officer, two counts; threaten by phone or electronic communication; bound over to 9th District Court Dec. 1.
