NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having occurred and all prerequisites to foreclosure having been met, notice is hereby given that the mortgage given by Jeremy T. Williams and Kayla M. PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for a approval of a permanent extension to file its annual report with the Commission, as more fully described below:

RMP is a public utility, as defined in Wyo. Stat. §37-1-101(a)(vi)(C), subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §37-2-112.

On March 21, 2019, the Company submitted an Application requesting a permanent extension to file its annual report with the Commission.  Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 32, requires utilities to file an annual report on or before May 1st of each year for the preceding calendar year in a form prescribed by the Commission.  RMP is requesting a permanent extension allowing the Company to file its annual report on June 15th  at the earliest, annually. 

This is not a complete description of RMP’s Application.  Interested persons may inspect the entire Application at RMP’s Wyoming offices and at the Commission’s offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming, during regular business hours.  The Application may also be reviewed on line at http://www.pacificorp.com.

Anyone desiring to file a public comment, statement, protest, intervention petition or request for a public hearing in this matter must file with the Commission in writing on or before April 19, 2019.  Any intervention request filed with the Commission shall set forth the grounds of the proposed intervention or request for hearing as well as the position and the interest of the petitioner in this proceeding.

  3. That the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament bequeathed all her estate to the NORMA D. GATTO 2007 LIVING TRUST, dated 2/9/07.
  4. That thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent.
  5. That the entire estate of the Decedent, both real and personal, did not exceed Two Hundred Thousand and NO/100 ($200,000.00) Dollars.
  6. NOTICE OF VACANCY

A vacancy in the office of The Pinedale Town Council has been created by the resignation of Councilman Erik Ashley.  This vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the Town Council. Parties interested in filling the vacancy are invited to submit a letter of interest and a list of their qualifications therefor.  All letters of interests and lists of qualifications must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, April 15th, 2019, by the Town Clerk, located at 69 Pinedale South Road, Pinedale, Wyoming.  Letters of interests and lists of qualifications may be mailed to Town of Pinedale, P.O. Box 709, Pinedale, WY  82941. The starting time of the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting has been changed to 4:00 PM, Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Commissioner’s Room of the Sublette County Courthouse; 21 South Tyler Avenue, Pinedale, Wyoming.  It is anticipated that the meeting will commence with an executive session to interview each candidate.  Following the executive session, a public hearing will be held to further interview each candidate as deemed necessary and review their qualifications.  If a majority of the Council is able to agree upon a particular candidate, it shall then by resolution appoint that candidate to fill the office. Appointment shall be until the seating of officers after the next general Town election.

The Sublette County Conservation District (SCCD), Sweetwater County Conservation District (SWCCD), and Wyoming Water Development Office (WWDO) are holding a public informational meeting for the Big Sandy Watershed Level I Study at 1:00 p.m. on April 17, 2019.  The meeting will be held in the “Boars Tusk Room” in the Eden Valley Community Center located at 4039 U.S. Highway 191, Farson, Wyoming.  The Level I Study has been ongoing since July of 2018.  This meeting will be focused on updating the public on Study progress, including water rights compilation, GIS database inclusion, rehabilitation projects, hydrological analysis, environmental analysis, and other pertinent information related to the function of said watershed.  Following a presentation outlining progress and goals of this watershed study, we will be available to discuss potential projects, funding resources, and specific questions regarding water projects you might have.  The deadline for submitting your new projects or rehabilitation projects, within the Big Sandy watershed, is May 1, 2019.  If you have any documentation or completed plans for your specific project, please bring them to the meeting.  Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to implement projects that increase the function and overall health of the watershed!

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF  REAL PROPERTY

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that MARGARET R. OLSEN and NANCY OLSEN RUSSELL, have filed an Application for a Decree of Summary Distribution of Real Property requesting that the Court enter a Decree setting over certain real property from JANE RIDGES OLSEN, deceased, to MARGARET R. OLSEN and NANCY OLSEN RUSSELL.

In said Application MARGARET R. OLSEN and NANCY OLSEN RUSSELL allege:

  1. That the Decedent, JANE RIDGES OLSEN, died on 10/28/18 in Indian River County, State of Florida, was a resident of Indian River County, Florida, and left real property owned in her name in Sublette County, Wyoming;
  2. That MARGARET R. OLSEN and NANCY OLSEN RUSSELL are the surviving daughters sole heirs and devisees of JANE RIDGES OLSEN. JANE RIDGES OLSEN left no surviving spouse and there are no deceased children of JANE RIDGES OLSEN.
  3. That the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament bequeathed all her estate to MARGARET R. OLSEN and NANCY OLSEN RUSSELL.
  4. That thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent.
  5. That the entire estate of the Decedent, both real and personal, did not exceed Two Hundred Thousand and NO/100 ($200,000.00) Dollars.
  6. That application for appointment of a personal representative was made in the Circuit Court for Indian River County, State of Florida Probate Division as File No. 312018CP001192. Margaret R. Olsen was appointed as Personal Representative of the estate of Jane R. Olsen on 12/19/18.
  7. That the Decedent owned certain real property in Sublette County, Wyoming, to-wit:

Township 36 North, Range 112 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming:

Section 4: SW¼SW¼

TOGETHER WITH a perpetual easement for ingress and egress thereto over and across  the west 33 feet of that portion of the Ne¼SW¼ and the SE¼SW¼ of said Section 4 going South from the Rim Road right-of-way for a distance of 100 feet;

TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.

SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use, to prior mineral reservations of record and to all other matters of public record.

  1. That the value of this said real property is less than Two Hundred Thousand and NO/100 ($200,000.00) Dollars.
  2. That MARGARET R. OLSEN and NANCY OLSEN RUSSELL are entitled to have said Decedent’s real property set over to them due to the terms of Decedent’s Will.
  3. That there are no other distributees or heirs of the Decedent having any right to succeed to said property under probate proceedings.

Anyone having an objection to said Application shall file it with the Clerk of District Court, Sublette County, Wyoming prior to 5/6/19.
