Michael Jiggs Bollinger, age 20, of Shriver Lane, Pinedale, Wyo., died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021, at The University of Utah Hospital after an illness.
He was born June 22, 2001, to Douglas Arthur Bollinger and Hollie Charlene Lear in Evanston, Wyo. He attended public schools in Evanston and Pinedale, Wyo., graduating high school from Skyline Academy in Pinedale, Wyo. He furthered his education by attending school at Western Wyoming Community College automotive department in Rock Springs, Wyo.
He loved to hunt, to fish, to camp, gaming, fast cars, computer technologies, loud music and his family.
He is survived by his parents Douglas Arthur Bollinger of Pinedale, Wyo., Hollie Charlene and Benjamin Lear of Twin Falls, Idaho, paternal grandparents Clayton E and Linda K Bollinger of Pinedale, Wyo., maternal grandparents Oral Michael and Arlette Walker of Evanston, Wyo., brother Kelly Norcress of Twin Falls, Idaho, sister Hanna Bollinger of Evanston, Wyo., brother Damien Lear of Twin Falls, Idaho, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents Clayton Jiggs and Esther S. Bollinger, and maternal great-grandparents Newell Bruce and Florence Thornock.
Funeral services for Michael Jiggs Bollinger will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, with a graveside service at the Pinedale Cemetery, a celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. at the Pinedale VFW Post 4801.
