Dennis Hacklin, born April 11, 1935, passed comfortably in his newest residence in Red Bluff, California, on Oct. 5. Dennis had an amazing life, from being the first mayor and incorporating the town of LaBarge, Wyo., to retiring from his career as a self-employed real estate broker. Dennis is survived by his brother, Ronnie Hacklin, ex-wife Judy Hacklin, seven children, 23 grandkids and one great-grandchild.
Grave-side services are scheduled at 10 a.m. at Viola Cemetery, LaBarge, on Oct. 4, followed by a celebration of life at 3 p.m. at the LaBarge event center with a catered dinner around 4:30, plus the company of friends and family for the evening.
