Mary M. Phillips, 65, passed away on Sept. 29 at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Mary was born to Pete and Agnes Phillips on Aug. 18, 1959. While she completed her education in Texas and worked there for several years, she soon heard the call of the West and moved to Wyoming in 1995. She met, fell in love with and married Donny (Brushfire) Allen. They stayed happily married until her passing.
She was always a happy, helpful Postmaster at the Daniel Post Office for more than a decade. She had a special love for her pets and all animals.
She is survived by her sister, Sandy Jackson, brother, John Phillips, both of Houston, and her loving husband, Donny (Brushfire) Allen.
