Deanna ‘Dee’ Jo Topper
October 19, 1965 — January 8, 2025
Dee Topper, 59, of Pinedale, Wyo., passed away peacefully on January 8. She was born in Gettysburg, Pa., and raised in Emmitsburg, Md., where she had many adventures with her friends, cousins, and siblings. Dee never met a stranger, she found a friend in everyone. In 2008, she moved to Wyoming to be near her daughter. Dee will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
