PINEDALE – Multiple veterans groups in Pinedale are consolidating resources for Memorial Day ceremonies this year, all on the day itself, Monday, May 30.
First, members of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars will be present to conduct a Memorial Day ceremony at the Pinedale Cemetery at 11 a.m. Ceremonies will honor all those who served in the American military from Sublette County.
VFW Auxiliary Post 4801 and American Legion Auxiliary Post 47 are hosting a noon luncheon at the VFW Post at 1033 W. Pine St.
The public is invited to both the ceremony and the luncheon. People are encouraged to visit the Sublette County Veterans Memorial at American Legion Park in Pinedale.
