PINEDALE – Athletes from both Pinedale Middle School and Pinedale High School have been working this summer to stay in shape and to be ready for the start of the upcoming fall season through workouts at Pinedale Volleyball Summer Fit. Through a rotation of volleyball coaches leading the workouts, the program has held numerous workouts this summer.
“It helps keep them active in the summer months,” seventh-grade volleyball coach Chelsee Vouk said.
Each workout varies on the particular coach leading the session. During Vouk’s workout, athletes took part in fun games, such as human wheelbarrow and piggyback rides around the gym at Pinedale Middle School.
