The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 241 calls and incidents from July 17 through July 23.

July 17

At 12:56 a.m., a fight was reported.

At 2:46 a.m., a person was reported as having diabetic shock.

At 10:13 a.m., a caller reported seeing a hunting-type dog at a trailhead with a muzzle on that was howling.

At 10:54 a.m., a caller requested extra patrol on Forty Rod with increased Jackson and Idaho shuttle buses and vehicles pulling boats.

At 3:50 p.m., a traffic complaint came in about a Florida car with unsteady speed and erratic driving that almost hit a semi.

At 6 p.m., a two-car accident was called in.

At 6:41 p.m., a semi was speeding through town and almost hit a person walking along the road.

At 7:15 p.m., a blood draw was requested.

At 8:40 p.m., a caller reported smoke possibly from a lightning strike; the smoke cleared.

July 18

At 8:05 a.m., a prisoner was transported.

At 8:58 a.m., a driver made a REDDI report.

At 10:05 a.m., a search warrant was requested.

At 10:36 a.m., a caller reported harassment.

At 1:38 p.m., a car tried to pass in a no-passing zone and forced a truck off the road.

At 3:36 p.m., a warrant was served.

At 4:49 p.m., a caller reported a cow moose and calf were separated by an airport fence.

At 5:16 p.m., a caller reported threats.

At 8:46 p.m., another caller reported the moose cow and calf were still separated after five hours.

July 19

At 10:54 a.m., a caller reported a woman’s foot had been run over.

At 11:30 a.m., a driver complained about a BMW that was “brake checking” a semi and wouldn’t let it pass.

At 12:20 p.m., a caller reported someone dumping mag water for the county on a BLM road.

At 2:01 p.m., Hot Springs County SO asked SCSO to check on a person’s welfare.

At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported threats.

At 8:01 p.m., a caller said a man in a green truck was going through things outside the Food Basket.

At 8:25 p.m., a blood draw was requested.

July 20

At 2:52 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious circumstance.

At 7:39 a.m., SCSO assisted Teton County searching for a wanted person.

At 9:07 a.m., a search warrant was served.

At 10:21 a.m., a rancher requested traffic control for a cattle drive.

At 10:52 a.m., a person reported a theft.

At 2:25 p.m., a deputy arrested someone with a warrant.

At 2:53 p.m., a caller reported suspicious pink tape wrapped around her stock fence.

At 4:03 p.m., a caller reported a mudslide.

At 11:03 p.m., a person reported people at a car lot with a flashlight set off a vehicle alarm.

July 21

At 4:38 a.m., a caller said lightning hit the Mesa several times where fracking is occurring.

At 5:16 a.m., an outside fire was reported after a lightning strike.

At 7:42 a.m., a funeral escort was requested.

At 11:03 a.m., a caller asked for help getting one of her dogsitting “clients” back to the house.

At 1:23 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious person.

At 1:41 p.m., a caller reported an Illinois vehicle tailgating people.

At 2:23 p.m., a person asked for a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 2:40 p.m., a fire with black smoke was reported outside of Big Piney.

At 4:45 p.m., a barn was reported on fire.

At 6:06 p.m., a man and woman were reportedly fighting.

At 10:51 p.m., a caller made a REDDI report about a car using random signals and speeds.

At 11:10 p.m., a driver reported someone following them and pointing a gun; a second call said a woman in a purple shirt came up to their windows and was yelling at them.

July 22

At 10:18 a.m., a caller reported a dead cow on the road with its calf beside her; she didn’t know which road it was but it was the other side of Fontenelle Reservoir.

At 3:28 p.m., a caller reported six “distressed” people near the sister peak near Big Sandy Lake that were yelling and clapping rocks together.

At 7:26 p.m., a bank reported a suspicious incident.

At 10:17 p.m., a man was arrested for DUI.

July 23

At 6:23 a.m., a “cold crash” was reported.

At 9:04 a.m., a detective searched a cell phone.

At 10:26 a.m., a person reported a lot of hang-up calls.

At 11:48 a.m., a caller said a truck with a camper swerved and almost hit hi wife.

At 12:43 p.m., a caller reported a driver weaving and going down the middle of the road.

At 1:55 p.m., a driver reported reckless driving.

At 7:55 p.m., a party found a pitbull mix that appeared to have fallen out of a truck and took it to a vet.

At 9:39 p.m., a caller reported two loose horses on the main road.

At 11:43 p.m., a caller asked for SCSO assistance.
