These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Aug. 29 to Sept. 11.
Steven Warfield: Felony possession of a controlled narcotic substance; failing to drive in a single lane; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle, superintendent’s speed zone.
Nicholas A. Leyva: Attempted murder, second degree; aggravated assault and battery, two counts; apply pressure on throat or neck; domestic battery, property destruction; breach of peace.
Thomas Barker: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense.
Bridger Hatch: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; exceeding 70 mph on a highway.
Cung Sang: DUI; not driving in a single lane; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; compulsory auto insurance; interference with a peace officer, two counts; no valid driver’s license; display driver’s license not issued to self.
Felipe Ramos: Hunting elk without a special management stamp.
Patrick Gonzales Jr.: Hunting elk without a special management stamp.
Lee Harper: Hunt, fish, trap or collect antlers on private land.
The following fines and sentences were imposed from Aug. 29 to Sept. 11 in Circuit Court.
Gabriel Robertson, Daniel: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $200.
David Thompson, Big Piney: Failure to report more than $1,000 property damages, fine $250; not driving in a single lane, fine $100.
Cassidy C. Jensen, Boulder: Reckless driving, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, six months unsupervised probation; exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fines $420.
Alyssa Piro, Pinedale: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, two years unsupervised probation, fines $1,273.
Casey A. Greene, Big Piney: DUI, second offense, jail 180 days with 173 suspended, two years supervised probation, superintendent’s speed zone, fines $520.
Gary A. Johnson, Big Piney: Expired registration, fine $150.
Lindsey N. Davis, LaBarge: Attendance at school required, fine $25.
Evelia Garcia Aguilar, Big Piney: Theft, less than $1,000, jail five days, suspended, six months unsupervised probation, fine $220.
Steven W. Sage, Pinedale: False statement for a fishing license, fine $250.
Taylor Kepley, Pinedale: Stop sign, fine $140.
Jacob C. Dennis, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $105.
Samuel S. Angon Cruz, Marbleton: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $120.
