Robert E. Edwards: DUI; superintendent’s speed zone; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle.

Kenneth P. Ward, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $150.

John D. Rush, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $170.

Kobbe Mitchell, Pinedale: Speed contest, fine $150.
