The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 220 calls from July 18 through July 24, including a death, at least six collisions, four REDDI reports, 27 citizen assists, six suspicious incidents, 11 animal problems, 10 alarms, nine motorist assists, 19 urinalyses and 35 vehicle identification number inspections.

The following new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from July 11 to July 17.

Natalie Pilon is charged twice with felony intentional or reckless aggravated assault and battery and two felony counts of property destruction. Pilon is also charged with misdemeanors of driving with a cell phone screen visible to her and not wearing a seatbelt.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 215 calls from July 11 through July 17, including a missing person, vandalism, nine animal problems, four medical emergencies, 16 suspicious incidents, three search-and-rescues, a vehicle fire, a structure fire, 19 citizen assists, 38 vehicle identification number inspections, 22 urinalyses and seven welfare checks.

When he went to Smith’s home, Deputy Ruby reported, he believed she was armed so he ordered her to show her hands “and she did not comply.” He drew his Taser and told her again to show her hands, which she did quickly and put them back in her pocket, he said. She pulled her hands out and was holding a black remote in one that he knocked away. He tried to place her hands behind her back and when she resisted, he deployed the Taser and handcuffed her, according to court documents.

The passenger said Adrian Sandoval of Pinedale had driven at a high speed up behind them and “rammed” the Ford Fusion with his white 1995 Ford sedan, it says.

Sgt. Travis Bingham said multiple spent shell casings were found including 9mm, .22, .223 and .556 calibers.

227 calls were received by the sheriff's office from July 4 to July 10, including an assault, two search-and-rescue calls, eight suspicious incidents, at least six accidents, 21 urinalyses, 15 animal problems, 28 citizen assists and 45 vehicle identification number inspections.

Criminal charges are often dropped or reduced, and all parties are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 226 calls from June 27 to July 3, including two deaths, an overdose, a sex offense, three search-and-rescue calls, 11 suspicious incidents, at least seven accidents, 25 urinalyses and 49 vehicle identification number inspections. The office was closed Monday, July 4.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 206 calls from June 20 to June 26, including a death, a sex offense, at least seven crashes, two fires, seven animal problems, 15 citizen assists, 16 livestock problems, eight suspicious incidents, a suicidal person, five medical emergencies, 27 urinalyses and 42 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 155 calls from June 13 to June 19, including two suicidal people, five suspicious incidents, 13 citizen assists, a fire, four wildlife calls, 15 livestock problems, five REDDI reports, a search and rescue, 18 urinalyses and 30 vehicle identification number inspections.

A Pinedale woman already convicted of a drug felony, who “willfully” violated her release terms and was charged with more felonies after crashing into a deputy’s vehicle, must show she means it this time about facing her problems.

Driver fatigue by a minor driver is being investigated as the possible cause of this vehicular mishap on Monday, June 13, around 6:15 a.m.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 196 calls from June 6 to June 12, including a death, a house fire, a vehicle fire, 11 citizen assists, 13 livestock problems, 12 suspicious incidents, a vicious animal, 11 traffic complaints, 20 urinalyses and 37 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 64 calls from May 27 to June 5, including a death, 24 citizen assists, eight suspicious incidents, three medical emergencies, four DUIs, 29 livestock problems, 24 urinalyses, one suicidal person, 46 vehicle identification number inspections – and one water rescue.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 183 incidents, including a sex offense, at least six collisions, 13 citizen assists, two thefts, three frauds, 19 livestock problems, 20 urinalyses and 43 vehicle identification number inspections from May 23 to May 29. The office was closed on Monday, Memorial Day.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 170 calls from May 16 to May 22, including three vehicle collisions, seven animal problems, 20 citizen assists, two REDDI reports, vandalism, eight traffic complaints, six suspicious incidents, four welfare checks, 19 urinalyses and 37 vehicle identification number inspections.
