PINEDALE — White Pine Ski Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of two new leaders ahead of the 2025–2026 ski season. Dalan Adams will serve as General Manager, and Austin Bevilacqua will join as Assistant General Manager.
Both Adams and Bevilacqua are long-time Pinedale residents with deep roots in the community and a shared passion for the mountains and recreation. Together, they bring local insight, professional experience, and a strong commitment to making White Pine a welcoming, family-centered and community-minded destination for skiers, riders, and visitors throughout the year.
Adams joins White Pine with nearly two decades of experience in outdoor recreation and operations management. Most recently, he served as Store Manager at the Great Outdoor Shop, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, staff management, and customer engagement for one of Sublette County’s most trusted outdoor recreation businesses. His earlier experience includes several years at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, where he managed rental operations and large seasonal teams.
Bevilacqua worked as Facility Operations for the Sublette County Ice Arena and has served as a hockey coach and youth mentor in the community. His background also includes sales and marketing management with Wind River Brewing Company and years of leadership experience as a head coach and program director in competitive hockey programs. His ability to unite teams and create positive guest experiences will play a central role in the resort’s daily operations and growing High Country Suites.
“Dalan and Austin both bring a love for this mountain, a commitment to our community, and the leadership to help us deliver an incredible experience this winter,” Mercedes Pepper, Director of Operations, said. “We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful for the energy and experience they bring as we open the lifts and welcome everyone back to the slopes.”
