KEMMERER — The Sublette County Combined Boys Swim team tallied 51 points at the Kemmerer Holiday Invite on Dec. 30, taking on teams from Lyman, Evanston and Kemmerer.

In the 200 meter medley relay, Sublette’s relay team of Kaden Day, John Ruby, Andy DeClue and Jared Hacklin came in third place with a combined time of 2:17:51.

Sublette’s Relay B team, consisting of freshmen Tucker Boyce, Lyle Morgan, Carson Ruby and Gage Scobey, pulled into fifth place with a combined time of 3:29:66.

Day secured fifth place in the 200 meter free in 2:35:99. Junior Reuben Allen came in eighth, with a time of 3:50:49.

In the 200 meter individual medley, senior John Ruby came in third place with a time of 2:46:53. Junior Caleb Willson placed sixth with a time of 3:10:14.

In the 50 meter freestyle, DeClue earned third place with his time of 28.38. Hacklin came in eighth in 30.05. Freshman Gavin Bohnet was close behind in ninth place with time of 31.13. Sophomore Wyatt Hyde pulled into 10th place with a time of 31.63. Carson Ruby secured his spot in 11th place with a finishing time of 31.65. Freshman Lyle Morgan placed 16th in 34.35, followed by junior Nolan Orm in 17th with 39.62, Emmett Hansen in 18th with 44.04 and Tucker Boyce in 19th with 52.70.

Bohnet secured fourth in the 100 meter fly with a time of 1:27:14.
In the 100 meter freestyle, Hacklin finished sixth with a time of 1:10:36, followed by Hyde in 8th place with 1:17:08, Scobey in 10th with 1:23:83, Hansen in 12th with 1:44:88 and Boyce in 13th with 2:07:43.

John Ruby placed third in the 400 meter free with a time of 5:13:67, followed by Day in fourth place with 5:24:35 and DeClue in fifth with 5:26:18 and Carson Ruby in 10th with a time of 6:27:40.

Sublette County’s relay teams placed second and fifth in the 200 meter free relay. Relay Team A, consisting of Hacklin, DeClue, Day and Ruby pulled into second place with a combined time of 2:03:73. Relay Team B, consisting of Willson, Hyde, Hansen and Allen, completed the event in 2:29:25.

Scobey secured fifth place with a time of 1:28:71 in the 100 meter backstroke.

In the 100 meters breaststroke, Willson came in fourth with a time of 1:35:58. Morgan pulled into sixth place with 1:50:16, followed by Allen in seventh with a time of 1:51:50.

In the 400 meter freestyle relay, Bohnet, Scobey, Carson Ruby and Orm placed fifth with a combined time of 5:24:98.

The Sublette County Combined Boys Swim team competes next at the Cody Invite in Cody on Jan. 5.
