Luna Phaedra Serrano, 48, has lived in Bondurant, Jackson and more recently in Teton Valley, according to court records. She allegedly sneaked into the former boyfriend’s cabin, picked up scissors and stabbed him as he slept, according to Teton County, Idaho, court records.
