Pilon’s preliminary hearing was stalled for months as she recovered from her Oct. 30, 2021, almost head-on collision, allegedly deliberate, with a logging truck and trailer on Highway 191. She was life-flighted to Idaho Falls as was the truck driver; another Pinedale driver was slightly injured. Charges were filed in March and numerous hearings have been rescheduled before this point.
