SUBLETTE COUNTY – Natalie R. Pilon, of Pinedale and now living in Montana, waived her right to a preliminary hearing in Circuit Court on Monday, Nov. 28, which bound over her 2021 felony case to 9th District Court.

During a preliminary hearing for felony charges, the judge determines if there is sufficient evidence to pursue each charge in the higher court.
