Marbleton Health Fair quickly approaches

SUBLETTE COUNTY – Anyone wanting to participate in the Wyoming Health Fair’s annual blood draw and numerous screenings available this spring is encouraged to make an appointment for April 12-13 in Marbleton.

Sublette County Public Health is sponsoring the spring health fair blood draw that Tuesday and Wednesday, 6-10 a.m. both days at the Southwest Sublette County Pioneers Senior Center, 429 E. 1st St., Marbleton.

The April 12-13 blood draw dates will be the only ones available in Sublette County until late August or early September.

The low-cost screenings include blood chemistry panel, hemoglobin, PSA, vitamins, thyroid, blood type, testosterone, arthritis, celiac, hepatitis, SAR-CoV-2 antibodies and ferritin, with local volunteers drawing blood.

Forms of payment are accepted are check, credit/debit card and HSA. Wyoming Health Fairs will submit claims for those with Blue Cross/ Blue Shield and if asked, prepare itemized bills to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for what insurance does not cover. Wyoming Health Fairs cannot bill Medicare. Proceeds benefit Public Health Nursing’s community programs.

Online results are posted within three to five days and mailed results within 10 to 14 days.
