Rose Oleyar told councilmembers Jeff McCormick, Roger McMannis, BJ Meador and Karen Wenz and Mayor Jim Robinson that she bought vacant property south of the town’s Flicks ‘N Pins bowling alley and movie theater, which is in its residential R-2 zone.
She explained that she would like to open a beauty shop and asked for the council’s approval for a zone change for her property
