These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Sept. 11 to Sept. 17.
Gabriel Gregg: Possessing child pornography, four counts.
Craig Madonna: Possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor.
The following fines and sentences took place in Circuit Court from Sept. 11 to Sept. 17.
Bryan A. Deruiter-Zylker, Pinedale: Use of a controlled substance, jail 180 days with 171 suspended, 6 months unsupervised probation, fines $1,170.
David Rodriguez Garcia, Pinedale: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, fines $570.
Jenrry Pizarro Quesquen, Pinedale: No valid driver’s license, fine $140.
Bransen J. Stout, Pinedale: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor, jail 10 days, 1 year unsupervised probation, fine $520; DUI, second offense in 10 years, jail 180 days with 140 suspended, 3 years supervised probation, fines $1,320.
Charles R. Nix, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $155.
Seth Keehn, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $120.
Diggs Lewis III, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $125.
