These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Oct. 9 to Oct. 15.
Julia Estes: Taking a controlled substance into jail; possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor; driving under the influence of a controlled substance, third offense in 10 years.
Austin Ensign: DUI, first offense; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle.
James F. Mickelson: DUI, first offense; driving in a single lane; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; white lamp required to illuminate rear plate.
These fines and sentences were imposed in Circuit Court from Oct. 9 to Oct. 15.
Warren E. Meredith, Pinedale: Unlawful contact, recklessly causing injury, jail 180 days, 6 months unsupervised probation, fines $270, restitution $10,584. 23.
Taylor Jones McGrew, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $165; expired registration, fine $140.
Shay A. Hossack, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $130.
Thomas S. Marshall, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $115.
