The following charges were filed in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court from Oct. 13 through Oct. 19.
Alex Arcadia Verdin: Driving while license canceled, suspended, deemed invalid or revoked; prohibited color of window tint; and driving without an interlock device, first offense.
Seth Kieso: No valid driver’s license.
Billy Graves: No valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates/temp permit required.
Kooper Harrell: No valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates/temp permit required.
Ryden T. Post: No valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates/temp permit required.
Christian Villamil Pacanchique: No compulsory auto insurance, first offense.
Trevor Brimhall: Expired temporary license permit/improper registration.
Joy Garcia Arreola: No valid driver’s license.
Sarah Joann Grazin: Failure to drive vehicle within a single lane.
These fines and sentences were imposed in 9th Judicial Circuit Court from Oct. 13 through Oct. 19.
Harley Edwards, Pinedale: No registration and improper display of tabs, fees and fines $90.
Lonny W. Johnson, Daniel: DUI alcohol, incapable of safely driving, third offense within 10 years; 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended, three years of supervised probation, plus $1,170 in fees and fines; and driving while license canceled, suspended, deemed invalid or revoked; three days in jail, plus $320 in fees and fines.
Kian Pelham, LaBarge: Failure to back safely and without interfering with traffic, fees and fines $90.
Jared L. Foster, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fees and fines $101.
