Jason Hauser: Animal running at large, first offense.

Michael D. Burdick: Interference with a peace officer.

Shawn McGarr: Use of a controlled substance.

Josephine M. Brown: Use of a controlled substance; misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Lyndy Guenther: Theft, under $1,000.

Chadwick J. Haszier: Influence a juror, witness or officer, two counts; threaten to inflict injury by phone or electronic communications.

John Palacios: Misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Scott L. Kosiba:  Misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Charles Fisher: Take wrong sex of animal.

These fines were imposed in Circuit Court from Nov. 13 to Nov. 19.

Ashton Ditton, Pinedale: No driver’s seatbelt, fine $25.

Alejandro Hernandez, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $

Rebecca Cochran, Boulder: Stop sign, fine $150.

Helen Gold, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $140.

Terry Lee Mahaffey, Big Piney: DUI alcohol, first offense in 10 years, jail 180 days, suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, fine $320.

Meaghan B. Holman, Pinedale: Compulsory auto insurance, fine $560.
