These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from June 12 to June 18.

Terry Lee Mahaffey: Driving under the influence of combined alcohol and controlled substance, first offense in 10 years.

Jonathan Childress: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; driving with a suspended license; exceeding 70 mph on a highway.

Rachael Haynes: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

William Heffner: DUI alcohol, second offense in 10 years.

Jonathan Turner: DUI alcohol, second offense in 10 years; possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; no valid registration.

Eric Zoller: Use of controlled substance; compulsory auto insurance.

The following dispositions took place in Circuit Court from June 12 to June 18.

Ann Stowe, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $195.

Charles R. Nix, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $115.

Jason Hauser, Bondurant: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $145.

Alejandro Hernandez, Pinedale: No valid driver’s license, fine $140; windshield obstructed view, fine $100.

Randall L. Woolf, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $130.

Joshau Stout, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $165.

William Heffner, Big Piney: Cruelty to animals, failure to provide food, water, shelter, fines $550.

Cynthia Bardman, Bondurant: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $140.

Karin D. Ralph, Daniel: Pedestrian right of way in a crosswalk, fine $90.

Sean G. Galdos, Pinedale: Compulsory auto insurance, fine $500.

Chad M. Kuhn, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $125.

Jim Jacobson, Bondurant: Construction speed zone, fine $195.
