The following charges were filed in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court from Oct. 20 through Oct. 26.
Terence George Archuleta: Aggravated assault and battery: threaten with a drawn dead weapon, reckless endangering, and interference with a peace officer.
John Daniel Rush: DUI alcohol >.08%, first offense within 10 years, open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle, first offense within 10 years, no compulsory auto insurance, first offense within 10 years, and possession of a controlled substance, plant, three ounces or less.
Tracy Comp: Hunt elk without a special management stamp.
Elijah Mattson: Failure to tag big or trophy game animal.
Samantha Strable: Two counts of making a false statement to procure antelope, deer, wolf, black bear, or mountain lion license, two counts of making a false statement to procure elk license, taking an elk without a license, false statement to procure a fishing license, and non-resident hunting without a guide in the wilderness.
Aiden Ulrich: Taking wrong species of big game animal.
Emma Eisner: No compulsory auto insurance, first offense.
Juan Isidro Toquero: No valid driver’s license and no registration, improper display of tabs.
Alexis Bishop: Expired temporary license permit/improper registration.
Ashleigh Hultquist: Failure to obey a yield sign.
Abby Greufe: Expired temporary license permit/improper registration and failure to provide proof of liability insurance.
These fines and sentences were imposed in 9th Judicial Circuit Court from Oct. 20 through Oct. 26.
Frances Robinson, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fees and fines $140.
Jeremy B. Banks, Big Piney: Breach of peace; 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended in favor of six months of unsupervised probation and $270 in fines and fees.
