Leander Dobson: Possession of controlled substance, powder, misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; driving with a suspended license.

Melissa L. Berger: Open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; driving in a single lane.

Jeffrey Vasquez: Driving with a suspended license; exceeding 70 mph on a highway.

Steven W. Deschneau: Hunt, trap or collect antlers on private land without permission.

The following fines were imposed in Circuit Court from Dec. 4 to Dec. 10.

Gay Lynn Sievers, Pinedale: Animal running at large, fines $120, restitution $802.31.

James R. Gray, Bondurant: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $175.

Chelsea M. Smith, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $105; fail to provide proof of liability insurance, fine $500.

William Heffner, Big Piney: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, jail 180 days with 173 suspended, one year supervised probation, fines $1,820. Cruelty to animals, two counts, jail 180 days all suspended, two 6 months unsupervised probations, fines $1,720, restitution $1,474.73.

Abby Brunski, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $135.

Riley Watkins, Big Piney: Expired registration, fine $140.
