“In her role as Human Resources Director, (Jean) has demonstrated the ability to drive meaningful change, collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges. Her work not only improves internal human resources processes, but also has a direct positive impact on public safety and employee growth,” a nomination letter reads.
