BIG PINEY — Plans are being finalized for the 13th Annual Big Piney Hall of Fame inductions, which will take place on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Marbleton Senior Center.
Melodie Fear Good, a graduate of the Class of 1970, will be enshrined as a Distinguished Alumni. From the Class of 1972, Louann (Tomassi) Heydt will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Joining the two distinguished ladies will be Mark Mickelson of the Class of 1973 and John Linn from the Class of 1974.

Entering the Big Piney Athletic Hall of Fame is Aaron Camis, one of Big Piney High School’s first state wrestling champions. State champion trackster and All-State football standout Luke Barron will be inducted, as well as Zach Wenz, a multi-sport All-State athlete in football and track.

The Big Piney Hall of Fame inductions will take place in conjunction with Big Piney Homecoming festivities. The Homecoming parade and other Homecoming activities will be held this year on Thursday, Sept. 26. Make arrangements to attend all Homecoming activities and support Big Piney High School’s past and present students.

Anyone wishing to reserve tickets for the event should contact Lori Green at Big Piney High School by calling 307-276-3324 or emailing lgreen@sublette9.org.
Reservations may also be made by contacting Louann Heydt or Bill Lehr. The cost of the event is $35.00 and the public is urged to attend.
