PINEDALE — Although the Pinedale High School Lady Wranglers’ basketball team was unable to compete in its planned games against Jackson at home on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 12 and 13, due to winter weather, the team continues to impress in the 3A Southwest Conference rankings with a 9-2 overall record and a 1-0 quadrant record.
The girls’ team beat out Lyman, 63-48, in its first conference game of the season on Jan. 11.
The Pinedale High School boys’ basketball team also stands out in the 3A Southwest Conference rankings, with a 6-4 overall record and a 1-0 quadrant record.
On Jan. 12, the Wrangler basketball team secured its first conference win of the season, overcoming Lyman, 60-36.
Both the Wrangler and Lady Wrangler basketball teams travel to take on conference rival Mountain View Friday, Jan. 19.
