In Accordance with Wyoming statues 22-29, the board of directors of Mosquito Abatement District No. 2 has directed that there shall be a mail-ballot election for one MAD No. 2 Board member position on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November, (November 7, 2023).
Only members of Mad No. 2 are eligible to run for the board and to voted in the election.
One Board Member position will be open for a three (3) year term.
MAD No. 2 members that have applied for the position are: Karen Taylor.
Ballots may be mailed to the election filing officer, or dropped off on Election Day at a polling place and time to be laid out in the mail-ballot package.

You are notified that a suit to quiet title to real property located in Sublette County, Wyoming, Civil Action No. 2023-CV-9003 has been filed in the Wyoming District Court for the 9th Judicial District, whose address is 21 S Tyler Ave, Pinedale, WY 82941 seeking to quiet title to real property and certain mineral interests in Plaintiffs favor.
Unless you file an Answer or Response or otherwise respond to the Complaint or Petition referenced above within 30 days following the last date of publication of this notice, a default judgment will be taken against you and an Order quieting title and issuing declaratory relief will be granted.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Jonah Energy LLC (CMP100053) to modify and operate the Stud Horse Butte 122-10 Central Facility (F018639) with the addition of production and equipment associated with seventy wells, the Stud Horse Butte 1-22, 2-22, 3-22, 3-22A, 4-22, 5-22, 6-22, 7-15, 7-22, 9-15, 11-15, 12-15, 13-15, 14-15, 15-15, 16-15, 17-15, 17-22, 18-15, 18-22, 19-15, 19-22, 20-15, 20-22, 21-15, 21-22, 22-15, 23-15, 23-22, 24-15, 25-15, 25-22, 26-15, 26-22, 27-15, 28-15, 28-22, 29-15, 29-22, 30-15, 30-22, 31-15, 32-15, 32-22, 33-15, 34-15, 34-22, 35-15, 36-15, 37-22, 40-15, 41-22, 42-15, 42-22, 43-22, 45-22, 46-22, 47-15, 48-15, 50-15, 52-15, 61-15, 62-15, 63-15, 69-15, 74-15, 78-15, 82-15, 126-15 and 128-10, with one reboiler overheads condenser, one TEG flash tank separator and one common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration unit, condensate tanks, active produced water tanks and pneumatic pumps, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 10, T29N, R108W, approximately sixteen (16) miles southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming. Jonah Energy LLC has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period. VOC emissions have decreased 2.0 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 1.2 TPY from the baseline period. These reductions have been added to Jonah Energy LLC’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F018639 and permit number P0036882 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale, Wyoming. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Wyoming Statute Section 15-1-113, that the High Meadow Ranch Water District, will receive sealed bids for the construction of the HMR Water System Improvements Phase 3 project until 1:00 PM., Local Time, Tuesday November 14th 2023, for the following:
Install approximately 15,100 LF of new 6" water distribution lines, connections to existing water transmission lines, miscellaneous appurtenances, flushing hydrants, service connections, water meters and road rehabilitation in Blocks 1-4 of the Barger Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Bids must be in one sealed envelope with statement thereon "BID ENCLOSED, “HMR Water System Improvements Phase 3” and submitted to Jorgensen Associates, at 58 S. This project being bid is being funded, in part, by the SRF program therefore “Use of American Iron and Steel” requirements as contained in Section 436 of H.R. 3547, The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014 and as updated and revised in America’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 (AIS) apply.
A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the HMR Water District in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each bid.
Contract security (performance and payment bonds), see W.S. 15-1-113(d) and 16-6-112, is required from the Successful Bidder.
Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit bids on this project. Bidders that use a subcontractor(s)/supplier(s) are required to make a good faith effort at soliciting DBE subcontractor/supplier participation. Bidders shall submit the required DBE Good Faith Effort Documentation form and other related forms with their bids.
Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state".
A mandatory Pre Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM., Local Time, Thursday, November 2nd, at the High Meadow Ranch Water District Well house 165 Sauk Trl, Boulder, WY 82923. The project site may be toured by the contractor at any time and is encouraged. Virtual attendance option available upon request made to Jorgensen Associates. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for Contractors who wish to be considered qualified and/or responsible.
