Nine athletes represented the Pinedale High School Wranglers and Lady Wranglers at the event hosted by Valli Vu Golf Course in Afton.

Pinedale High School graduate Sara Kunard represented Sublette County at the 2023 Wyoming Coaches All-Stars girls’ basketball game at Casper College on Saturday, July 22.

The Sublette Softball League organizes games throughout the summer between local teams on Monday nights at 7 and 8 p.m. at Dudley Key Sports Complex. Softball teams duel for the season trophy at the league’s final tournament in August.

The slack rodeo lasts all day on Friday and determines the top-10 finalists to compete in each of the timed events for the Rendezvous Rodeo on Saturday.

The project is anticipated to be completed by Aug. 4. SCSD1 trustees approved the project in December. The total price tag to replace the old turf and install a new layer is $667,158, plus a $21,000 maintenance agreement, said McAdams. Funds were earmarked for the project in the budget for the upcoming fiscal year that will be presented to trustees on July 19, he added.
