Woman tased in Marbleton arrest

When he went to Smith’s home, Deputy Ruby reported, he believed she was armed so he ordered her to show her hands “and she did not comply.” He drew his Taser and told her again to show her hands, which she did quickly and put them back in her pocket, he said. She pulled her hands out and was holding a black remote in one that he knocked away. He tried to place her hands behind her back and when she resisted, he deployed the Taser and handcuffed her, according to court documents. ... more

Sandoval pleads not guilty to ramming car on highway

The passenger said Adrian Sandoval of Pinedale had driven at a high speed up behind them and “rammed” the Ford Fusion with his white 1995 Ford sedan, it says.... more
