The subject property is located in the R-2a zone district, which allows for the placement of a manufactured home as long as it adheres to §475-200 Permitted placement of single manufactured homes. The proposed manufactured home does not meet the following section of said code. §475-200.B. The Structure is designed to be attached to a permanent foundation. §475-200.C. The Structure shall include a permanent masonry or concrete perimeter wall that complies with all building codes adopted by the Town. §475-200.D.
