Couple marries at Rendezvous

PINEDALE — After more than 10 years together, Fran (Pici) Halligan and Bill Halligan tied the knot on July 8, in front of the pageant tipis at the 2023 Rendezvous Pageant. The custom buckskin wedding outfits were handmade by the bride and groom. The ceremony was officiated by the bride’s nephew, Joseph W. Pici, who traveled from West Seneca, N.Y., and witnessed by family and friends.
