SUBLETTE COUNTY – A Boulder man pleaded not guilty to felony charges of sexual abuse of a minor, at his Dec. 8 arraignment in 9th District Court.
Cung N. Sang, 23, is charged with second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, third-degree sexual abuse of a minor and deliveries of nicotine and alcohol to a minor on Sept. 22, court records show.
Sang, who is represented by public defender Elisabeth Trefonas, is now scheduled for a jury trial on March 13, 2023, with five days set aside. His pretrial conference is set for Feb. 16, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. and no plea agreements will be accepted after that date, according to 9th District Court Judge Marv Tyler.
