Kim R. Wilding: Misdemeanor possession of marijuana, third or more offense (felony);

Driving under the influence, second in 10 years; no valid driver’s license; no compulsory

auto insurance; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; superintendent’s

speed zone.

Russell C. Billings: Misdemeanor possession of marijuana, third or more offense

(felony); driving with a suspended license; failing to display valid plates.

Edward C. Halsten, Jr.: Violation of a protection order.

Christian O. Lucas: Misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Christopher M. Alsip: Misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

The following fines and sentences were imposed in Circuit Court from Nov. 5 through

Nov. 11.

Kelin R. George, Rock Springs: Driving under the influence, jail 180 days with 178

suspended, one year unsupervised probation, fine $505; battery, jail 180 days with 178

suspended, one year unsupervised probation, fine $505.

Nicholas D. Noble, Big Piney: Driving with a suspended license, fine $425.

Zakary Walker, Jackson: Conspiracy to commit a felony, two counts; bound over to

Ninth District Court on Nov. 7.

Larry S. Johnson, Marbleton: Misdemeanor possession of crystal, jail 365 days with

325 suspended, one year unsupervised probation, fine $305.

Olivia Eiden, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $90.

Jefferson D. Goulette, Pinedale: Violating legal weight limit, fine $345; unsecured

load, fine $75.

Dalton Decoteau, Casper: Unauthorized use of a vehicle, jail 365 days, 350 suspended,

one year unsupervised probation, fines $455, restitution $690; property destruction of

less than $1,000, jail 180 days with 145 suspended, one year unsupervised probation,

fine $455, restitution, $690.

Hunter L. Cheney, Pinedale: No registration, fine $35.

John J. Cooney, Pinedale: Dog attacking a person in a vicious manner, fine $135.
