The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 175 calls from Oct. 18 to Oct. 24, including a death, eight suspicious incidents, one fire, one child abuse or neglect, eight livestock problems, six accidents, 17 citizen assists, 19 fingerprint requests, 23 urinalyses and 25 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 175 calls from Oct. 18 to Oct. 24, including a death, eight suspicious incidents, one fire, one child abuse or neglect, eight livestock problems, six accidents, 17 citizen assists, 19 fingerprint requests, 23 urinalyses and 25 vehicle identification number inspections.

Oct. 18

At 8:07 a.m., an open 911 call came from a deputy’s phone.

At 8:07 a.m., a cattle drive was set to begin.

At 8:23 a.m., a vehicle caught fire on Industrial Site Road.

At 11 a.m., a grey truck hauling a grader blew out two tires and was blocking a lane.

At 11:48 a.m., several stray cows were eating a woman’s lawn.

At 11:52 a.m., a hunter’s rifle hit his phone hard enough to dial 911.

At 12:54 p.m., a truck rolled with a half-dozen cows in the trailer.

At 1:44 p.m., a Jonah Field employee’s phone called 911.

At 3:05 p.m., a shoplifter tried to steal razor blades.

At 5:22 p.m., a black truck was all over the road and other vehicles went into the ditch.

At 7:42 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 9:03 p.m., two bulls were loose on Highway 189.

At 11:48 p.m., a man said he and his neighbor got in a fight. An ambulance was sent out and a warrant issued.

Oct. 19

At 12:33 a.m., an illness was reported.

At 11:05 a.m., the drone was deployed.

At 12:52 p.m., a person was ill.

At 5:13 p.m., an anonymous complaint came in about loud music.

At 5:54 p.m., a 911 caller yelled and hung up.

At 5:56 p.m., an antelope broke its neck in a fence and was struggling to get upright.

At 6:39 p.m., a man wearing a beanie and driving an older green truck appeared to be hunting from the highway and came to a complete stop in front of the caller.

At 8:49 p.m., a dark car going 97 mph blew past a deputy.

Oct. 20

At 7:19 a.m., a deputy checked on horses and found they had fresh hay and water.

At 7:36 a.m., a male inmate was transported.

At 10:21 a.m., an industrial site was smoky but the well was shut off.

At 11:20 a.m., a person had breathing problems.

At 1:14 p.m., a man complained about boulders and a private-property sign on a road he’s taken for 30 years. The landowner had permission to close the road.

At 2:27 p.m., someone dumped trash on the old dump road.

At 3:10 p.m., a grease fire was put out.

At 3:46 p.m., vehicles on a lot were breaking homeowner association rules.

At 3:57 p.m., three dogs with their leashes all tangled up were running down a county road.

At 4:05 p.m., a woman was sent away because there wasn’t a female deputy to do a urinalysis.

At 4:52 p.m., a caller had information for a drug detective.

At 5:45 p.m., the K9 drug dog made a search.

At 6:10 p.m., a man received a warrant.

At 6:26 p.m., Wyoming Game and Fish reported an injured moose whose fellow moose were guarding it near American Legion Park; no one from Game and Fish was nearby.

At 9:34 p.m., a 911 caller reported a suspicious person.

Oct. 21

At 6:46 a.m., a deputy picked up an inmate in Farson to take to Bondurant and meet a Teton County deputy.

At 7:14 a.m., a rancher asked for help flagging during a cattle drive on the highway.

At 7:26 a.m., an anonymous message came from Safe2Tell.

At 7:57 a.m., a man said he hit a moose around 5 a.m. that he thought ran off and died.

At 8:38 a.m., a school resource officer reported child abuse or neglect.

At 9:01 a.m., a deputy was asked to help flag at a blind corner during a cattle drive.

At 9:14 a.m., a detective asked for a search warrant.

At 12:23 p.m., a man filed a complaint against his neighbor.

At 12:27 p.m., a 911 call came in with music playing.

At 2:08 p.m., Lincoln County dispatch transferred a call about a truck-deer collision.

At 2:18 p.m., a hotel guest was concerned that their room with gas appliances did not have a smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm.

At 4:16 p.m., a woman who dropped her elk off to be processed was concerned about its status.

At 6:17 p.m., a man reported a concern connected to an active investigation.

At 6:32 p.m., a man living in Florida said his ex-wife keeps calling for welfare checks on his daughter.

At 9:03 p.m., an injured doe was lying with her head up in the highway near Rim Station.

At 9:29 p.m., a suspicious truck was driving around private property.

At 10:04 p.m., a man hit two pronghorn on Highway 28; the call was transferred to Wyoming Highway Patrol.

At 10:21 p.m., two dogs were zip-tied together.

Oct. 22

At 12:01 p.m., a traffic stop resulted in an arrest.

At 7:45 a.m., three frightened moose were trying to cross the road.

At 7:57 a.m., a woman asked a deputy to stand by while she retrieved her elk meat.

At 8:36 a.m., a driver misjudged a trailer’s length and ran into it.

At 9:12 a.m., the school resource officer reported a juvenile problem.

At 11:53 a.m., a dark SUV was going 95 mph and passing unsafely.

At 1:52 p.m., an anonymous text came from Safe2Tell.

At 3:28 p.m., a large brown dog and a bird dog were on the loose.

At 3:58 p.m., a citizen had information about an active investigation.

At 4:25 p.m., a person was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

At 4:28 p.m., a driver was locked inside the car wash after it quit running halfway through; all the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone.

At 4:41 p.m., a large round hay bale fell off a trailer and was blocking the road.

At 6:52 p.m., a red pickup with a slide-in camper was speeding and passing in a no-passing zone.

At 11:19 p.m., a domestic dispute was reported.

Oct. 23

At 3:53 a.m., a person had breathing problems.

At 7:54 a.m., a caller reported a domestic dispute.

At 9:10 a.m., a man with broken English reported his passport and ID were lost in Jackson.

At 9:38 a.m., a person was found dead.

At 10:32 a.m., a detective served a warrant.

At 12:52 p.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on a person’s welfare.

At 1:09 p.m., a broken hay bale was a traffic hazard.

At 2:14 p.m., a woman reported harassment.

At 3:09 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s medical condition.

At 6:54 p.m., a woman reported threats.

At 7:01 p.m., a Chevy Tahoe rolled and a man was injured; WHP responded.

At 8:34 p.m., someone was loudly banging on a door; a deputy didn’t find anyone walking in the area.

Oct. 24

At 2:31 a.m., an unconscious man was found after his vehicle ran off the road; he was arrested for DUI.

At 8:03 a.m., a dead doe was in the middle of the road.

At 9:23 a.m., a deputy responded for a civil standby.

At 1:20 p.m., a caller had information for an ongoing investigation.

At 4:24 p.m., someone buying a gun needed to bring paperwork to the sheriff’s office.

At 7:38 p.m., a second-floor burglar alarm went off.

At 11:40 p.m., an officer found an opened door at a middle school.
