The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 173 calls and incidents from Oct. 10 to Oct. 16, including at least four crashes, a gas leak, three juvenile problems, one search-and rescue, seven animal problems, 12 livestock problems, a theft, 16 citizen assists, a fight, three REDDI reports, 31 urinalyses and 34 vehicle identification number inspections.

Sheriff's Report Oct. 10 to Oct. 16

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 173 calls and incidents from Oct. 10 to Oct. 16, including at least four crashes, a gas leak, three juvenile problems, one search-and rescue, seven animal problems, 12 livestock problems, a theft, 16 citizen assists, a fight, three REDDI reports, 31 urinalyses and 34 vehicle identification number inspections.

Oct. 10

At 7:29 a.m., a deputy cleared cattle from a road.

At 10:09 a.m., a juvenile problem was reported.

At 10:57 a.m., a deputy picked up several boxes scattered on the highway and called WYDOT to pick up a large dishwasher box that wouldn’t fit in the patrol truck.

At 12:03 p.m., a daycare’s staff asked to talk about training.

At 2:57 p.m., an officer met with a landlady having a feud with a former tenant about livestock panels.

Oct. 11

At 7:32 a.m., a deputy put cows through their gate.

At 8:20 a.m., a Marbleton employee asked for assistance.

At 9:02 a.m., drug detectives emptied a prescription drop box.

At 10:42 a.m., a deputy moved a cow through the gate.

At 12 p.m., a deputy provided traffic control while fire personnel checked on a reported gas odor. They didn’t find a leak.

At 1:10 p.m., an off-duty Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper called a REDDI report.

At 1:55 p.m., a deputy checked out a report of a dog chasing pronghorn antelope.

At 3:08 p.m., a suspicious incident was reported.

At 3:23 p.m., a man reported fraud.

At 4:44 p.m., someone reported a livestock problem.

Oct. 12

At 3:52 a.m., a deputy helped a motorist.

At 8:18 a.m., a deputy was told about an animal problem.

At 9:22 a.m., a deputy put a cow in and fixed the fence.

At 9:49 a.m., Pinedale staff reported a juvenile problem.

At 10:16 a.m., two deputies took an adult male inmate to Rock Springs for an MRI appointment.

At 12:24 p.m., a deputy couldn’t find a possibly drunk driver.

At 12:29 p.m., a woman reported a threat.

At 2:09 p.m., a parole-probation violation was investigated.

At 2:49 p.m., a citizen asked for help about no payment for substantial labor.

At 7:43 p.m., a detective assisted a citizen.

At 11:09 p.m., Sublette EMS reported a medical emergency.

Oct. 13

At 8:01 a.m., a laundromat employee found a driver’s license.

At 12:10 p.m., the animal control officer responded to a problem call.

At 3:02 p.m., Department of Family Services asked a deputy to help with a home check.

Oct. 14

At 8:22 a.m., deputies responded to a vehicle vs. animal collision.

At 10:43 a.m., a woman called back to say she knew the “suspicious person.”

At 11:20 a.m., a caller said an FBI investigator’s call might be a fraud.

At 11:20 a.m., a deputy followed behind a cattle drive.

At 12:16 p.m., a driver was cited for speeding in Big Piney.

At 12:27 p.m., a man reported a theft with juvenile involvement.

At 1:01 p.m., a woman said her son dropped off a car at a dealership in April and it was now missing. Employees had thought it was abandoned and had it towed.

At 1:23 p.m., a juvenile problem was reported at a middle school.

At 3:10 p.m., seven horses were loose on Fremont Drive.

At 3:44 p.m., a man said his former business partner was harassing him.

At 4:12 p.m., a deputy checked out damage to 25 feet along a 6-foot-tall fence.

At 4:23 p.m., a man said someone else had the title to his horse trailer.

At 4:34 p.m., a deputy did a civil standby so a man could get his snowmachine.

At 5:57 p.m., a driver was waiting for someone to bring gas.

At 7:12 p.m., officers put cows back into the Green River Drift.

At 11:53 p.m., a man called after an argument with his father.

Oct. 15

At 12:10 a.m., a deputy gave a driver who broke down a ride from Sand Draw to Cora.

At 5:03 a.m., a deputy and training officer responded to a vehicle vs. deer collision.

At 10:41 a.m., a man wanted an update his stolen chainsaw.

At 11:23 a.m., a deputy and training officer went to the Snider Basin guard station to check a report of a horse trailer blocking a bridge.

At 1:03 p.m., a loose horse was tied up at Lakeside Lodge awaiting its owner.

At 3:04 p.m., a deputy stopped to help a driver who had finished changing his tire.

At 3:31 p.m., a business reported a juvenile problem.

At 4:21 p.m., family helped rescue an injured person; helicopter assistance was canceled.

At 5:42 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 6:15 p.m., a deputy helped Sublette EMS move a patient from the floor to a chair.

Oct. 16

At 8:51 a.m., a person had heart problems.

At 10:41 a.m., a stray dog attacked another that was on its porch.

At 11:32 a.m., an anonymous caller had information about narcotics.

At 12:17 p.m., a man backed into a light pole and damaged his vehicle.

At 5:11 p.m., a deputy cleared road debris.

At 6:44 p.m., an argument was verbal only.
