The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 137 calls from Nov. 28 to Dec. 4, including a death, a suicide, at least nine crashes, six animal problems, 14 citizen assists, a theft, five suspicious incidents, two medical emergencies, six calls for game wardens, six agency assists, 12 vehicle identification number inspections and 25 urinalyses.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 137 calls from Nov. 28 to Dec. 4, including a death, a suicide, at least nine crashes, six animal problems, 14 citizen assists, a theft, five suspicious incidents, two medical emergencies, six calls for game wardens, six agency assists, 12 vehicle identification number inspections and 25 urinalyses.

Nov. 28

At 8:47 a.m., a cargo truck and trailer were parked in the middle of a road.

At 8:49 a.m., a man eventually found his lost property.

At 8:56 a.m., an orange Jeep hit a deer near Daniel.

At 9:01 a.m., an idling purple semi was parked across employee spaces.

At 9:38 a.m., a man was shooting into dirt but toward a house.

At 11:53 a.m., a drug detective emptied a prescription drop box.

At 1:09 p.m., a person reported breathing problems.

At 1:15 p.m., a man told a woman she’d get a gift card if she answered a phone survey about porn.

At 1:49 p.m., a school employee asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 4:18 p.m., a woman reported a theft.

At 5:18 p.m., a woman said impatient parents nearly hit people at a school-bus stop.

Nov. 29

At 7:28 a.m., a Forest Service dispatcher said a white Chevy slid off the road.

At 7:51 a.m., a deputy checked Facebook to see if someone was missing a dog.

At 9:10 a.m., a woman who was locked out of her house was getting really cold. A deputy let her stay in the warm patrol vehicle until the locksmith arrived.

At 10:33 a.m., a woman asked a deputy to return a work vehicle for her; that is not a service SCSO provides.

At 11:17 a.m., a deputy reported a controlled substance problem.

At 1:19 p.m., middle school staff requested the resource officer for a juvenile problem.

At 2:05 p.m., Lincoln County dispatch called about a death.

At 3:53 p.m., wood debris was a traffic hazard.

At 4:14 p.m., a black Nissan hit a deer.

At 6:16 p.m., Sublette County Ems reported a medical emergency.

At 7:07 p.m., a neighbor’s dog was outside barking for hours in the cold.

Nov. 30

At 2:17 a.m., a deputy helped a motorist.

At 6:36 a.m., a person had breathing problems.

At 7:11 a.m., people hit a deer that needed to be put down.

At 7:37 a.m., a person was unconscious.

At 9:13 a.m., an elementary school employee reported a juvenile problem.

At 9:48 a.m., a family member not home from a flight was delayed due to weather.

At 10:06 a.m., Utah Highway Patrol asked about a vehicle belonging to someone arrested for drug possession.

At 12:34 p.m., a rancher reported two irrigation tires were missing.

At 1:38 p.m., two pitbulls were chasing pronghorn.

At 1:47 p.m., a school employee reported a tobacco problem.

At 2:06 p.m., a courtroom’s panic button was pushed accidentally.

At 3:37 p.m., a caller was concerned about a beagle always chained up and whining.

At 4:38 p.m., several horses were running loose.

At 6:47 p.m., a neighbor’s guests were cutting wood and burning whole trees.

At 7:14 p.m., two vehicles collided.

At 7:18 p.m., a deputy took a juvenile-related call.

Dec. 1

At 7:50 a.m., a deputy hit a deer and dragged it off the road.

At 10:37 a.m., three black cows were on the road.

At 2:59 p.m., two dogs attacked a neighbor’s goat.

At 3:42 p.m., a deputy checked out a probation violation.

At 4:14 p.m., an injured deer with one front leg was standing near a house.

At 5:31 p.m., a white Ford F150 was driving erratically; the call was transferred to Lincoln County.

At 6:23 p.m., a blue Chevy was swerving all over the road.

At 6:26 p.m., a vehicle rolled in Hoback Canyon; the call was transferred to Wyoming Highway Patrol.

Dec. 2

At 7:43 a.m., a deputy was picking up a prisoner in Bondurant to take to Farson.

At 2:48 p.m., a man mistakenly called 911.

At 3:23 p.m., a man called a second time about a beagle chained up outside in the cold that he had fed. The problem was addressed with the owner.

At 3:39 p.m., a student on a bus home accidentally called 911.

At 5:15 p.m., a woman saw what she believed were three alpacas running loose.

At 5:29 p.m., a deputy was working an active investigation with Sweetwater County.

At 6:30 p.m., a man’s new iPhone called 911.

At 7:03 p.m, a man cut a deer out of a fence and couldn’t reach a game warden to have it put down.

At 7:55 p.m., a carbon monoxide alarm kept going off.

At 10:27 p.m., a woman reported fraud on her Walmart account.

At 11:11 p.m., a woman’s car was damaged when a semi blew out a tire; she tried to get the driver to pull over.

Dec. 3

At 10:22 a.m., a woman backed her truck into a taxi at Granite Hot Springs parking lot and pushed him when he went to report it.

At 11:26 a.m., a suspicious-sounding 911 call came in.

At 12:49 p.m., a clinic employee asked if a deputy could give a client a ride home.

At 2:28 p.m., a white Dodge truck was speeding toward Pinedale.

At 3:45 p.m., a vehicle collided with a deer.

At 4:48 p.m., two black cows were by the highway near Daniel.

At 5 p.m., Ridley’s asked a deputy to take out a trespass order against someone.

At 5:15 p.m., an injured deer was lying by Highway 191 near Bomgaars.

At 5:25 p.m., an officer reported to the Christmas Parade of Lights in Big Piney.

At 6:29 p.m., an injured deer was flailing and trying to get up.

At 7:51 p.m., a deputy helped a person who fell.

Dec. 4

At 1:39 a.m., a cow was by the highway.

At 5:11 a.m., a suicide was reported; the call was transferred to Lincoln County.

At 1:06 p.m., a deputy worked with a Sweetwater County investigation.

At 1:24 p.m., a caller asked a deputy to check on a person’s welfare.

At 2:41 p.m., a woman said the rights of a man with disabilities were being violated.

At 3:40 p.m., an injured elk was lying with its head up by Highway 191.

At 4:11 p.m., a man said someone tried to serve papers but he wasn’t home.

At 4:34 p.m., a man saw someone trying to serve him papers on his surveillance camera.

At 6:13 p.m., a man said he needed something to state he was served papers.

At 8:21 p.m., a truck driving in the middle of the highway left tracks all over.

At 11:07 p.m., a deputy helped with a patient.
